Sheryl Lapka bravely fought ovarian cancer for six years before passing on November 25, 2010. She was kind, classy, smart, funny and simply a bright light to those in her world. She lived life to its fullest, traveling the world, rising to the top of the legal world and helping others. She was also a wonderful wife and mother to Jeff and Jacob. She was truly the best and is dearly missed.

Her family created the Sheryl Lapka Memorial Fund to act as a fundraiser to help fight ovarian cancer so someday other women will be able to avoid the battle that Sheryl so gallantly fought.
